Robert W. Carfra
Mr. Carfra is a former law lecturer at the University of New Brunswick as well as at the Faculty of Extension at the University of Alberta.
Formerly a Crown Prosecutor with the New Brunswick Department of Justice, Attorney General of British Columbia and Attorney General of Alberta, Mr. Carfra has focused his practice exclusively on personal injury related matters since 1989.
While he does have over 46 years of trial experience at several different levels of court, Mr. Carfra is also a strong advocate of the mediated approach to out-of-court settlements.
Currently, Mr. Carfra is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association, the British Columbia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Westshore Rotary Club.
