Nicholas Milliken
Nicholas maintains a general practice in civil litigation, corporate and commercial law, real estate law, wills and estates, family and criminal law. He has been called to the bar in both British Columbia and Alberta.
Nicholas Milliken spent much of his youth in Victoria, British Columbia. He graduated from Shawnigan Lake School in 1997. After Shawnigan, Nicholas attended the University of Alberta and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (2003) and a Bachelor of Commerce with distinction (2005). During his undergraduate studies, Nicholas focused on developments in organizational culture, and effective negotiation techniques.
Nicholas then attended the University of Saskatchewan where he obtained his Bachelor of Laws (2008). During his legal studies, Nicholas was the co-director from 2007 to 2008 for Student Legal Services, SIAST Kelsey Campus, which provided free legal advice service to college students. Nicholas was also a founding member of the Scales of Social Justice Human Rights Organization.
Nicholas has been an avid drummer for over 19 years, and also enjoys spending time with his family and friends, while fitting regular workouts into his daily routine.
